Longines Global Champions Tour Monaco: Grand Prix du Monaco

After showing you my reviews of Monte Carlo about the Pro-Am Cup here, the yacht trip here, my meeting with Longines‘ Vice President Juan Carlos Capelli here, now below you can see all the photos of the Grand Prix du Monaco, the highlight class of the main event, high 1,60 after which officially ended the sixth leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour. The class consisted of two manches and a jump off, where in the last only entered: Rolf–Goran Bengtsson on Casall first, whose quick round was immediately exceeded, however guaranteeing him the second position, by the Qatar rider Bassem Hassan Mohammed on Victoria who so won the GP. A very important result, as he is not only the first representative of Qatar to enroll his name in gold in the circuit, but it is also the first representative of both Arabic and North African world in an absolute sense. Third place went to unluky Irish Cameron Hanley, who was excluded from the jump-off for a single penalty on the maximum time in the second manche, fourth Constant van Paesschen, and then the Italian Emanuele Gaudiano riding Admara, which I had the pleasure to meet during the reconnaissance, and who with a total of 4 penalties in the first round and zero in the second, ranked fifth (here is the complete ranking where you can also review all of the video rounds).

After a show of fireworks fired from the Casino, the curtain fell on LGCT of Monaco and we moved to the Twiga for a mega party and continue the celebrations of the winners.

Dopo avervi mostrato le mie recensioni di Monte Carlo sulla Pro-Am Cup qui, sulla gita in yacht qui, e sul mio incontro con il Vice Presidente di Longines Juan Carlos Capelli qui, ecco tutte le foto del Grand Prix du Monaco, categoria clou della manifestazione di altezza 1.60, con la quale si è ufficialmente conclusa la sesta tappa del Longines Global Champions Tour. Il percorso prevedeva due manche e barrage, dove a quest’ultimo hanno acceduto solo due binomi: Rolf-Goran Bengtsson partito per primo su Casall, il cui giro velocissimo è stato subito bissato, garantendogli però il secondo posto, dal cavaliere qatarino Bassem Hassan Mohammedsu Victoria che si è così aggiudicato il GP. Un risultato davvero importante, poichè non è solo il primo rappresentate del Qatar a iscrivere il proprio nome nell’albo d’oro del circuito, ma è anche il primo rappresentante del mondo sia arabo sia nordafricano in senso assoluto. Terzo posto un po’ amaro per l’irlandese Cameron Hanley, escluso dal barrage per un solo punto di penalità sul tempo massimo nella seconda manche, quarto Constant van Paesschen, e poi il nostroEmanuele Gaudianoin sella ad Admara, che ho avuto il piacere di incontrare proprio durante la ricognizione, e che con un totale di 4 penalità nella prima manche e zero nella seconda, si è classificato al quinto

Dopo una pioggia di fuochi artificiali sparati proprio dal Casinò, è calato il sipario sul LGCT di Monaco e noi ci siamo spostati al Twiga per un mega party e proseguire con i festggiamenti dei vincitori.
